Account Manager (m/f/d)

Here's what awaits you with us: 
  • You will have sales responsibility for a group of customers with a certain geographical spread, but mainly located in the central part of Sweden
  • You are responsible for the planning and execution of customer visits in the sales district (industrial and trade customers) including price negotiations and associated documentation in the CRM system
  • You’re responsible for developing profitable business with existing and new customers
  • You will implement measures in order to achieve the defined sales targets
  • You will act as the first point of contact for the client, including following up on quotations, trials, claims etc.
  • You will plan and coordinate product tests with end clients, if necessary together with our application engineers
  • You will actively advise on the possible applications of Hermes products
  • You will participate in branch exhibitions and in-house fairs
  • You will report to the Sales Manager Nordics & Baltics
That's what we expect from you: 
  • Completed business/engineering education or relevant experience
  • Passion for and understanding of technical topics
  • Experience in sales of industrial or technical products – preferably in the steel industry
  • Strong communication skills (Negotiation skills are advantageous)
  • High degree of personal responsibility, motivation and result orientation
  • Experience with CRM and MS-Office
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • The main activity must be organized from the home office. We assume a travel activity of up to 75%
  • A geographical footprint in the middle of Sweden or Mälardalen is positive but not a must.
  • If you have knowledge from the abrasive industry, this is seen as highly advantageous.
