Your Tasks
- Disciplinary and technical management of the global sales directors (Europe Northwest/Central/Southeast, North and South America)
- Direct management of the channel management (business development, export, trade, retail)
- Establishment of a results-driven, high-performing sales culture
- Further development of structures, processes and team skills in an international context
- Management and monitoring of sales, profitability and market penetration across all regions and sales channels
- Development of new market potentials and business areas on the basis of valid data and market analyses
- Design of a consistent, scalable target system for all sales units
- Development and implementation of an integrated multi-channel sales strategy in line with corporate and marketing strategy
- Expansion of the strategic key account management
- Systematic integration of market feedback into product and sales decisions
Your Profile
- Several years of management experience in technical B2B sales
- Experience with complex sales structures and multi-channel approaches
- Strength in operational and strategic sales management, profitability management and customer orientation
- Systemic view, change competence and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and intercultural leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Flexibility in terms of time and willingness to travel internationally
